Held monthly on Thursday evenings from 6:30-7:30pm at Artlighten in Watertown, CT.
For teens ages 15+Through guided art activities led by graduate art therapy interns.
Teens can:

Relieve Stress: Learn calming techniques through art-making, helping to reduce anxiety and promote relaxation.
Build Connections: Share and collaborate with peers who understand your journey in a judgment-free environment.No art experience is required—just a willingness to explore and create. All materials are provided, and each session is designed to encourage personal expression and emotional well-being.
