Join Our Team
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Art Therapist to join our growing private practice. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your expertise and creativity into a supportive environment where art and healing come together. You’ll have the flexibility to shape your schedule, grow professionally, and make a meaningful impact on clients across a diverse age range—from early childhood through adulthood.
Position Details

Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time

Compensation: Hourly rate (W2 employee)

Schedule: Flexible; create your own work hours

Setting: Private practice (in-person and telehealth options available)

Supervision: Regular supervision provided

Training: EHR training (intakes, notes, billing, communication, telehealth)

Evaluations: Bi-annual and annual performance reviews

Additional Opportunities: Lead workshops and therapy groups
Responsibilities
-
Provide individual and/or family art therapy services, including assessment and treatment planning
-
Maintain accurate and timely documentation (assessments, session notes, evaluations, crisis interventions)
-
Collaborate with clients’ treatment teams to ensure coordinated care
-
Offer crisis intervention and rapid response as needed
-
Collaborate with the founder to uphold compliance standards and contribute to practice development
-
Participate in in-service training and staff development initiatives
Qualifications
-
Master’s Degree in Counseling or Art Therapy from an accredited institution
-
Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience (internship experience accepted)
-
Active malpractice insurance
-
Availability to work varied hours
-
Ability to manage a dynamic caseload and adjust to client needs

Demonstrates ethical practice and cultural competence

Strong rapport-building, communication, and interpersonal skills

Organized, reliable, and self-motivated

Leadership potential and a collaborative spirit
